For 25 years I enjoyed life as a Corporate IT Training Consultant. I helped individuals and teams reach their full potential by assisting and equipping them to understand and master the tools they needed to move towards their goals and achieve their best results with both clarity and confidence.

After studying psychology, I completed a post graduate degree in education and counselling psychology. I have qualified in and work with a number of alternative therapies and healing modalities, and I am certified by the Brave Thinking Institute as a Life Mastery Consultant and Dream Builder Coach.

I believe we’re far more capable than we know and have far more potential than we realise. And I believe everything is possible.
